Pipe band perform at Bicentenary Anniversary of Hambledon Cottage

Granville Boys High School pipe band played at the Bicentenary Anniversary of Hambledon Cottage celebration, a colonial NSW heritage listed site in Parramatta on Saturday the 13th of April.

Hosted by the Parramatta & District Historical Society, the day consisted of family-friendly activities including market stalls, traditional trade and craft demonstrations, food, entertainment and house tours including a new exhibition. As well as playing to the crowds, piper Nikhil Parthasarathy performed for Governor of New South Wales, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC as she entered the celebration.
