In Year 7 and 8 (Stage 4), students acquire foundational knowledge and skills required to continue successfully into Stage 5 (Year 9 and 10) Mathematics.
Course aim
- Learn and apply the language of mathematics to communicate efficiently and effectively
- Make connections within mathematics and connect mathematical concepts with the world around them
- Understand and appreciate how mathematics is a relevant part of their lives.
What students learn
