Two Granbots robotics teams - Granbots 3 and Granbots 5 compete at the FIRST LEGO League (FLL) National Championship (robotics) at Macquarie University on Sunday 3 December. Both teams did exceptionally well across all aspects of the competition, investing considerable hard work and effort to showcase excellence in their performance skills.
A big congratulations to our Granbots 3 team. Andy Nguyen, Nabil Udin, Abdullah Nur, Luke Kim, Sreeman Venkatakrishnan, Rithvik Jagu and Ayaan Hassan won the Competition Champions Award and will next compete at the FLL Challenge Event Southern California Invitationals at Long Beach, California, USA in May 2024. Well done boys! What an incredible achievement.
An honourable mention to our year 8 Granbots 5 team, proud tournament champions of the regionals - Arvind Pathmanathan, Tejoram Vadde, Adarsh Suresh Kumar, Maheshwah Balachandar and Shabaz Mohamed Ilham. While they may not have made the championship this time, they have ample opportunities to showcase their capabilities in 2024 and beyond.
