Year 7 students went on a History excursion to the Chau Chak Wing Museum at the University of Sydney in Camperdown.
The boys received an educational tour of the museum's Ancient Egyptian collection, which included viewing a mummy in its sarcophagus (a coffin carved in stone).
They also had some hands-on experience, handling ancient artefacts from Egypt and Greece, some of which were thousands of years old.
