Duke of Ed students camp at Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park

Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award program students camping at Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park.

Under the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award program, 34 Year 9 to Year 11 students camped at The Basin in Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park at the end of Term 2.

Over two nights, they engaged in activities such as tent pitching, cooking, hiking, campfire building, fishing, and wildlife interaction with kangaroos, possums, and bandicoots.

Granville Boys High School has been recognised as an official Duke of Ed Award Centre.
