On Thursday, 31 October, our Granville Boys High School community came together to celebrate the vibrant festival of Diwali, a special Hindu festival that marks the triumph of good over evil. We were delighted to invite all our Hindu students and staff to a festive lunch, filled with delicious food, laughter, and joy.
What made this celebration even more special was that the delicious food was prepared right in our school kitchen by our dedicated staff, with the support of our practical teachers and food tech students. It was wonderful to see so many others from our community join in the celebrations, making it a truly inclusive and memorable event.
Thank you to our Deputy Principal Ms Maina Ram, our staff, including Ms Kiran, Ms Vinod, Ms Khan, Ms Ghosh, Ms George, Ms Havea, Mr Pakkiam, Ms Chakma, Ms Dilek, Ms Andraos and everyone who participated and helped make this celebration special.
