Granville Boys High School is a school that embraces diversity. We have many students and teachers that attend our school who celebrate Diwali the festival of lights, including our Deputy Principal Ms M Ram.
Diwali is a major Hindu festival that celebrates the victory of light over darkness. It is held on the darkest night of the Hindu lunar calendar and embraces new beginnings just before the arrival of the new moon. This year it falls on Thursday, 4 November.
